We had great fun working on some strong, heart opener partner poses in today's class ♥️ we chatted about all the reasons and different ways we love and take care of our bodies and ourselves 😊

Today's class included Yoga Pose Freeze Dance🕺 Monkey in the Middle 🐵 Sun Dancing 🌞 and Volcano Breaths🔥 We had so much fun and can't wait for next week! We would love for you to join us at The Liam Rodgers Community Centre, Kinsealy Mondays 4.30 -5.30🐢

I love our classes at Lucy's Yoga Den, there are so many different ways to experience the benefits of yoga for children all while having lots of fun. We enjoy lots of movement, imagination and relaxation!
