⚡️Empowering people to become their best selves through mindset, healthy habits, and fitness

Never doubt your capacity ❤️

No one starts where they are today, at some point, we are all beginners at something in life.

If you want to run, just start. It doesn’t matter if you can only run for 1 minute. Run for 1 minute a few times, then slowly build from there. Progress takes time, so be patient with yourself ❤️

And no, building muscle won’t make you look masculine. It will help you build a stronger future , one where you can move freely, stay active, and take care of yourself for years to come.

There was a time when people said women shouldn’t run, that marathons weren’t for women… and look where we are today.

We are strong, capable, and can achieve anything we set our minds to 💪

Hi there

I’m currently out of office from 21st to 31st May. I’ve temporarily replaced myself with rest, recovery, and absolutely no emails.

I needed some time to recharge (turns out even humans need updates sometimes), so I’ll be away and only occasionally checking messages.

I’ll get back to you as soon as I’m back online and fully recharged on 1st June.

Thanks for your patience!

Happy Monday!

The international “I’ll start on Monday” day 😅

But the truth is… there will always be holidays, weekends away, busy schedules, stressful weeks, birthdays, and times when life simply gets in the way.

If you keep waiting for the “perfect time” to start, you’ll probably be waiting forever.

Instead of chasing perfection, why not focus on building a routine that is actually sustainable?

One that works with your life not only when life is calm and everything goes to plan.

Because real progress doesn’t come from being perfect for 2 weeks.
It comes from being consistent through the messy, busy, imperfect seasons too.

The goal isn’t to never miss a workout or always eat perfectly.

The goal is to learn how to get back on track without guilt and create habits you can maintain even when life happens.

Start where you are.
Start imperfectly.
Just start 💪

For a long time, I treated it that way.

I used to train just to burn calories and eat based on what I felt I had “earned.”

If I didn’t work out, I felt guilty eating.

If I ate more, I felt like I had to train harder.

That cycle kept me stuck.
Over time and through my own journey of losing 35kg,I realised that approach wasn’t helping me.
It was exhausting, and it wasn’t sustainable.

What actually made the difference was shifting my mindset:
→ Training to get stronger, not smaller
→ Eating to support my body, not control it

That’s when things started to change not just physically, but mentally too.

If this resonates with you, you’re not alone.

Happy Friday everyone ☺️

If you’ve been here a while, you know I love bringing a bit of fun to this page because honestly, having a laugh matters.

But today, I also want to touch on something a little more serious. Marathon training takes so much more than just physical effort.

With my background and a past difficult relationship with food, this journey has really shown me that our bodies are capable of amazing things, when we actually take care of them.

Fueling ourselves properly makes all the difference. Food isn’t the enemy, it’s one of our biggest allies (alongside rest, of course).

And just to say it louder for the people in the back… carbs are not bad! ❤️

Eating disorders and disordered eating
are rarely just about food.

On the surface, it can look like eating, training, or body image issues but often there is something deeper underneath that needs attention, understanding, and care.

This is not about willpower, discipline, or being “good” or “bad” with food.

And it’s not something you have to figure out on your own.

If this resonates with you, please consider reaching out to a qualified professional.

Support exists, and you deserve it.❤️

But who also loves a leg day here?

Hands up in the comments 🙌

Sometimes it’s for the muscle, sometimes it’s for the mind.

Some days you train to get stronger, other days you train just to clear your head.

Both count ❤️

You don’t need perfect sessions, you just need to keep going.

Start the week with effort, not pressure

Happy Monday.
