Yesterday's World Cup matches reminded me that success is never about one player or one habit.

Just like a team needs every player, your body needs training, nutrition, sleep, recovery, and a strong mindset working together.

And just like Paraguay believed they could compete with Germany, don't let comparison hold you back in the gym.

Focus on your own journey, trust the process, and never underestimate your own potential. ❤️

What lesson did yesterday's games teach you?

Physical activity is not only beneficial for the body, it can have a powerful impact on mental wellbeing. Regular exercise has been shown to reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression while improving overall mood and emotional resilience.

When we exercise, the body releases chemicals such as endorphins and serotonin, which help promote feelings of happiness and wellbeing. Exercise can also improve sleep quality, increase energy levels, and enhance concentration and mental clarity.

Even moderate amounts of physical activity can make a difference. A walk outdoors, a bike ride, a swim, or a gym session can all contribute to a more positive outlook and greater sense of wellbeing.

Research consistently shows that people who stay physically active tend to report better mental health, higher self-esteem, and a greater sense of life satisfaction. Exercise is a simple yet effective tool for supporting both physical and emotional health throughout life.

Did you exercise today? ❤️

Never doubt your capacity ❤️

No one starts where they are today, at some point, we are all beginners at something in life.

If you want to run, just start. It doesn’t matter if you can only run for 1 minute. Run for 1 minute a few times, then slowly build from there. Progress takes time, so be patient with yourself ❤️

And no, building muscle won’t make you look masculine. It will help you build a stronger future , one where you can move freely, stay active, and take care of yourself for years to come.

There was a time when people said women shouldn’t run, that marathons weren’t for women… and look where we are today.

We are strong, capable, and can achieve anything we set our minds to 💪

Hi there

I’m currently out of office from 21st to 31st May. I’ve temporarily replaced myself with rest, recovery, and absolutely no emails.

I needed some time to recharge (turns out even humans need updates sometimes), so I’ll be away and only occasionally checking messages.

I’ll get back to you as soon as I’m back online and fully recharged on 1st June.

Thanks for your patience!
