We’re excited to share that new resistance bands have arrived and they’re already making workouts even better!
Resistance bands are a fantastic way to build strength, improve mobility, and add extra challenge to your routine, without putting too much strain on your joints. They’re ideal for all fitness levels, making exercises both accessible for beginners and challenging for more experienced members.
In our classes, they’ll help you:
✅ Target key muscle groups
✅ Add resistance to bodyweight movements
✅ Enhance mobility and flexibility
✅ Get more variety (and a great burn!) in every workout

Our Parent & Baby Class is specially designed to help you gently rebuild core strength, boost your overall fitness, and feel strong and confident again — all while keeping your little one (2–6 months) close by in their buggy.
These supportive sessions are suitable for all fitness levels, with baby staying right by your side throughout. We use a mix of light equipment to keep workouts varied, engaging, and enjoyable, all within a welcoming and friendly environment where you can move safely and connect with other parents.

We’re excited to introduce KB Circuits, a fast-paced, high-energy class designed to help you build strength, improve fitness, and feel great in your body. This 45-minute session combines kettlebell strength work with conditioning exercises in timed stations lasting 20–45 seconds, giving you a heart-pumping, full-body workout that’s both efficient and effective.
KB Circuits is suitable for all fitness levels. The short, manageable intervals mean you can work at your own pace, and our coaches will always provide options and modifications to support you. Whether you’re just getting started, returning after a break, or looking to challenge yourself, you’ll be welcomed and encouraged every step of the way.
