Vacuuming, pilates, 5.30AM session and all that kind of jazz…including my annoying baby hair at the age of 35!

FULL DAY OF EATING…

So many people think getting lean means eating less…

Truth is, it’s about eating right—and staying consistent.
You don’t need a crazy variety either.
Simple meals = less cravings, more control.

I eat the same stuff on repeat and feel unreal.
And yeah…I mash rice cakes into my oats and air fry them.🤌🏻

And no, I don’t use my oven. 🙊
Lazy cooking only—air fryer, rice cooker, microwave gets it done.

Not even showing the vitamins… whole pharmacy 😂

What I put in my body shows—how I look and how I feel. Quality, always.

If you’re constantly craving sugar, your body might not be “weak”—it might be under-fueled.

💯Most cravings come from nutrient gaps, not lack of discipline.

Fix the root cause → cravings get easier.

Tell me you are a bodybuilder without telling me you are a bodybuilder…prep week 2 all the fun and ups and downs…Cardio in, 5.30AM workout session, bloody bloatness due to hormones but we live and rinse through each week with all my girlies…if you say this is a lonely sport… *t 🤣

Grateful and we are moving forward upward and onwards 💕

In bodybuilding, we are constantly making changes, in our food, workout, and expenditure…to bring out our BEST. And that's the beauty in this sport, as you are making changes, your physique is showcasing it.

Next year I am turning 35 - and I want to bring my absolute BEST to that stage!
