This is 44. And little did I know that this time last year… I would feel and look the way I do now.
At 43, it was a very different story.
Travelling for work, constantly on the go, busy, stressed — and it showed. I was putting on weight, feeling bloated, tired, swollen, run‑down, getting sick, sore eyes…
All because of my own habits.
My food was all over the place, my workouts were inconsistent, and “being busy” became my excuse.
I knew I needed help. So I reached out to an online coach.
I got a plan. I worked the plan. I got a food structure. And I committed — six weeks at a time.
It took me six full weeks to settle into a routine with food and training.
