Lily spent four years with the club on orange team as an outside hitter. She served as orange team captain for 3 years and social media chair for 3.5 years.
Lily’s message for the club: “What a privilege it is to play the sport we love surrounded by such amazing people! The UFWCVB experience is one of so much fun and joy and in the midst of everything college asks of you, it allows volleyball be the place to do what you love with people you love. There’s too much I’m gonna miss, ridiculous road trip stops, 6am practices, movie (and glee) nights, club bondings, dance circles, team dinners, 12 hour tournament days, handshakes, character quizzes, and so much more. To everyone I’ve met and played with, anyone who followed one of my practice plans, anyone who gave me a QOTD idea, or shared a room with me at an airbnb, or made social media content l because I begged them to, THANK YOU! I cannot overstate my gratitude for the incredible experience I’ve had. I feel so lucky to have found an community that makes saying goodbye so hard. UFWCVB forever and always
