- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- Your favourite toppings (berries, banana, nuts, coconut)

📜 Instructions:

- In a jar, combine oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and syrup.
- Stir well and refrigerate overnight (4-6 hours).
- In the morning, stir the oats and add more milk if desired.
- Top with your favourite toppings.
- Grab a spoon and enjoy your healthy breakfast!
