Colm dropped in today to share some stories about the times he frequented the 'Manor' or the 'Broadway' as his father called it, taking in "old Mickey mouse or Cowboy movies" in the 1950's. Remembering the uncomfortable wooden seats upfront, how he and his mates might opportunistically grab a comfy cushioned seat on his way back from the toilet. 😉 It is so lovely to meet Colm and hear his stories of the picture house 70 years ago, also Kirwan St, where he grew up. The door is open all weekend, drop by if you fancy a nosey, or if you have a story to share.

I am so delighted to welcome our new group of 300hr yoga trainees to the studio as they embark on this exciting journey for the year ahead.

The first module kicks off with Susan Church's exquisite sequencing, sharing her knowledge, inspiration, and techniques to help generate new fresh, safe sequences, which will include arm balances, back bends and twists and inversions.

Teaching yoga is about honoring authenticity over perfection and fostering connections that resonate deep within the soul. 

Every class is a two-way journey of growth and discovery. Teaching yoga isn't just about imparting knowledge; it's about the profound exchange of wisdom and insight between teacher and student. 🌟

Yoga teacher winter retreat this December.

Soooo, just got a cancellation for the weekend of the 1st of December at The Wicklow Escape, booked solid otherwise.
I was thinking maybe that teacher-only love fest weekend (no students allowed) would be a good call.
Gin, hot tubs, roaring fires, saunters in the woods (no magic mushrooms this time ya bold things). And generally support each other in what has been the mother of years. Plus I can thank everyone for their support with my bleep bleep bleep landlords.
To keep costs down, if we can get a big group and pay €209 each plus chip in for food (won't be huge) - should be doable.
Anyway, Think luxury, think get up to no good, think fun and friendships. if you are up for the craic.
