Practice what you preach!

This picture is a before and after of my own 8 week body transformation where I lost 1-1.5% body fat per week.

As you can probably guess in the before picture, I had fallen off the wagon pretty hard (one too many Dominos Mega deals).

The after picture is the result of a tailored rapid fat loss diet combined with short intense workouts focused on building lean muscle while cutting away at excess fat.
