HULA HOOP CLASS!! Come, play and have some fun! Learning hula hooping skills and tricks.. Get into the flow of hooping, a great fun and easy way to get some movement into your lives!! I can also do private group classes. So if your having a hen party or a birthday party and want something a little different, let me come and teach you a hoop class!
