HULA HOOP CLASS!! Come, play and have some fun! Learning hula hooping skills and tricks.. Get into the flow of hooping, a great fun and easy way to get some movement into your lives!! I can also do private group classes. So if your having a hen party or a birthday party and want something a little different, let me come and teach you a hoop class!

I have such of fear sharing this part of me with people... !!! and it's defo still a work in progress BUT I'm pretty chuffed with myself....!!!
All learnt by ear and daily messing up!
First time I heard this version I swore I would someday crack it out on the piano, now I know I'm not not stage ready but I'll get there... If you cant be proud of yourself what can ya be...!!
