What made you get into what you’re doing?🤓
-I really enjoy helping people to reach their goals and get healthier.
- I love being able to work with people while also the chats.
** I also hate being at a desk*

What’s the most exciting part of your job?🥳
-When a client hits a new PB or a goal that they’ve set 💪🏻

Favourite food?🍗
-Chocolate 🍫 (my biggest weakness 😵) Apart from that a big bowl of Bolognese ❤️

Favourite book📚
-Game of Thrones series

Favourite exercise?🏋️‍♂️
-Bench Press

Tea or coffee?☕️
-Coffee all day even in the PM 🙋🏼‍♂️

Biggest fear?😱
- Can’t stand rats, the sight of one send me running 🏃‍♂️ 🤢

Who inspires you?🤔
- Anybody who chooses to try and better themselves. Whether that is in the gym, their diet, starting a new hobby, helping others or any of the other million possibilities.
