I had just about 5 minutes today before my corporate yoga class so I decided to use the great facility available Dublin to practice some movements. Strict and strict . These are both recent achievements for me and they’ve been a long time coming. Now it’s all about building up the to get higher reps 💪🏻

I was just saying yesterday how exciting is now to me the idea of trying new things in my physical training. And last night I got a few "firsts " : first strict and first fall back (safely onto a crash mat, obviously!) from a (both in my stories if you're curious 😉).
And then I got to try my first : I'd better not mentioned this to my kitties, though 😛
None of these things would have happened had it not been for the great coaching team of . And a big special THANK YOU to coach who put together a fantastic series of gymnastics workshops. Every week I have felt myself getting stronger, have learned to break down complex movements so that I could perform them with awareness and safely. But most importantly, I've overcome fears that had been holding me back for years. And all while having a great time!
Testing my physical today, with my mental balance being already tested by neighborly disputes 😒 I’m trying being about it but I’m failing miserably 🤷🏼♀️
Ah well, at least I still have my practice to take my mind off it all for a little while. I even managed a decent gaze shifting in . For the less successful one, have a peak at my stories, where you’ll also find a video of how I negotiate for space with my cat 🐈

Friday is a good day for doing more of the things I am scared of and I tell myself I don’t need to do. Technically I don’t need to drop back into for my life to go on as normal. What I need is to be able to face my fears and this is the lesson I intend to teach myself.
