Deerpark Tennis Club has 6 all weather floodlit courts. We are located in Deerpark public park in Mo There are 6 floodlit all weather tennis courts.

Deerpark Tennis Club is located in Mount Merrion, County Dublin, Ireland. There are several each of Mens, Ladies and Junior teams that play competitive inter-club tennis in the various Dublin Lawn Tennis Council league campaigns that run throughout the year. We also hold many internal club competitions, social tennis, annual championships, coaching and social activities throughout the year. Annual membership is from March to February.

Is this Deerpark's best ever performance across the club in a group phase? Our Mixed League teams across Class 1, 2 and 4 have won 80% of their matches - with each team qualifying for the play-offs. Our Class 1 team won their group, winning 13 of 15 matches, and get a bye in the first playoff round. We will now play the winner of Donnybrook 1 and Portrane/Donabate 1 on Wed 7th Aug at home. Our Class 2 team won 11 matches to finish second in their group and now travel to play Fitzwilliam 1 on 5th Aug. And our Class 4 team won their group with 12 wins and will host Navan 3, also on the 5th. Forza DP! The chase for a pennant is back on!

We are delighted to announce that TICKETS are now for sale for our Jubilee Gala Dinner, celebrating 50 years of Deerpark Tennis Club.

This promises to be a fantastic night to celebrate our past, enjoy our present and look forward together to a bright future for Deerpark Tennis Club. There will be a 4 course meal with wine and entertainment by the well-known band The Bentley Boys.

When - Saturday 17th October 2026.

What a great start to the Mixed League. 4 matches, 4 wins - nothing mixed about it! DP1 won 3-0 away to Co. Wicklow in Class 1; DP2 beat Mt Pleasant 2-1 at home in Class 2; DP3 beat De Vesci 3-0 at home and DP4 beat Donnybrook 3-0 away - both in Class 4. And we all looked just like the couple in the video in doing so.

To celebrate Wimbledon, we are having a Wimbledon themed Tennis & Social event on Sunday 12th July - 2pm to 4pm. This is an opportunity to play tennis, mingle and enjoy some strawberries and cream and a glass of prosecco. The tv will be on so you won't miss any of the Finals Day action from Wimbledon - schedule for the day there:

***NEW*** This year we are collaborating with Tennis.ie (formerly Grandstand Tennis) and HEAD to give members a chance to try out the NEW HEAD RACQUET range. HEAD and Tennis.ie will be at the Club during our Wimbledon event with a range of demo racquets. So, if you're playing or not, come up and try some racquets.

What a great evening we had in the club when came to visit last Saturday. We learned a lot - both Junior and Senior players - in the on-court session and in the Q&A afterwards. Conor was as interesting, educational, witty and charming as he was generous with his time. Take a look at the video for a flavour. Thanks again to Conor, Colm Murphy, the Jubilee Committee, the Social Committe, our volunteer players (esp. the Juniors) and Dick Conroy for making it happen.

Supervised Junior Tennis for Members starts on Monday 29th June - 2pm to 5pm and runs to 30th July. This is open to Juniors born in 2016 and older. Play with your friends, organised Round Robins, Mini Tournaments and Table Tennis. There is no charge, admission is free. We would ask for a €5 deposit on the bat and ball for table tennis. This will be refunded when bat returned. Tuck Shop will be open. Come for the Tennis, stay for the fun!

Only 2 more sleeps!! 😴😴 Until Ireland's Davis Cup Captain, former ATP Tour player and author of the bestselling book 'The Racket' comes to visit us. On court workshop from 5.30, followed by Q&A and refreshments. And it's free! What could possibly be better?!

Brilliant Summer League campaigns by each of DP 4 &5 Women's and DP3 Men's teams under the captaincy of Ann Gordon, Marie Keegan and Carl Alfvag respectively ended with very tight defeats on Saturday. As our beloved Bradley might say - 'For you, the Chase is over - for now!' But the principal objective of promotion for each of the three teams has been achieved in what was overall a very positive league campaign with three promotions and one relegation. Onwards to the Mixed League we go!

There was great support for our teams during the week as they chased promotion and a great buzz in the club. Check out the scenes as our DP3 Men won their match. Now we are going pennant-chasing - with all three teams playing their Q-Finals tomorrow (Sat). Our DP4 Women are away to Enniskerry & DP5 Women are home to Castleknock. Our Mens 3 team are away to Sandycove. All support gratefully received. P.S. No AI characters were harmed in the making of this video.
