I will be at the this coming Sunday for a fundraiser. Come to the Big Stretch at 10.30am! Practice Yoga and Mindfulness in aid of the animals.
Join us of a fun and relaxing morning session in the NSPCA's beautiful and tranquil Pet Memorial Garden, at the shelter on Mount Venus Road, in the Dublin foothills.
Event open to over 16's, all fitness levels are welcome.
Afterwards, enjoy some play time with some of our amazing dogs, cats and bunnies who are looking for a new home, or grab a coffee & take a stroll around the shelter where you can meet all the other animals.

Ais and i are coming together for the Summer Solstice celebration:
Yoga and Violin. Meditation, breath work, gentle flow, Yin and Yoga Nidra.
If you are looking for some relaxing time, join us on Saturday June 20th 10am to 12pm.
What to expect:
We are just at the Summer Solstice mark, this time of year is great for our mood with the longer evenings, but as we do so much more, we can find it hard to rest.
This longer practice will give you an opportunity to reflect on how you are, take time for yourself, and relax. The live violin will bring you to a different level of tuning in and relaxation.
* Opening meditation, set your intention “sankalpa”
* Pranayama – breathwork
* Yoga practice incorporating Gentle Yoga to limber and Yin Yoga for longer holds
* Yoga Nidra or conscious sleep for the body and mind to rest
You will leave on a yoga high, rested and ready to tackle the summer with a more relaxed outlook.
We will finish our session with tea/coffee, snacks and the chats.
Suitable for all levels. Free parking around the corner.

Hi All,
I have just updated the website with the last term before the Summer. I know ... we are here already! The new term starts next week and it is a 5 weeks block.
From Tues 26/05, Thurs 28/06 in Chapelizod, Friday 29/06 in Mochta's.
I will also be announcing dates for a few workshops and courses for the later part of the year. So stay tuned!

At the end of 2016, I left my last PAYE job to set off on a little adventure. I launched Yoga with Cat in April 2017. I wasn't sure it was going to work but here we are, still in business 9 years later. And loving it, I might add!
Being self employed is not easy every day, there is no safety net, but I love meeting new people, creating communities and helping people move better.

I am always asked about the benefits of having a Yoga or Pilates practice. All the benefits are relevant to most, such as exercising to improve sleep, or manage stress or feel more energetic. There might be benefits more relevant as we get older, such as improving coordination and balance especially if we are worried about falls. Or bone density issue if osteoporosis is present in your family.
The one thing though that should be important to all is Community, engaging with other people, one of the pillars of Mental Health. Having a bit of craic!
