Quality over quantity!
Desserts don't need to be off limits.
However, when itβs time for a treat, go for the best possible version. Want chocolate, only get the best. Want ice cream, go out and get real ice cream on special occasions.
Donβt waste your indulgences on half-assed treats. Get the real thing or save it till you can.

Yoga is AMAZING.
I love it, love how you feel after a solid session. It's great for alot of things.
Ya know what its not great for? Body composition.
If you want a body like the above, then you need to be picking up the weights and putting them down, regularly, along with eating whole foods.
This ad for a "yoga shred" came up on my timeline because of targeted ads (women interested in fitness etc) luckily I know that no matter how many yoga sessions I do, I will never magically wake up looking like that!

As we close the shutters on No.4 Cumberland street for the last time, we want to take this opportunity to say a huge thankyou to everyone who has trained with us over the past 2 years,supported us and encouraged us, it means alot.
Synergy isnt about the building we train in, its about the community that has been created and that is what is important.
The next chapter will look different but a change is as good as a rest ammirite!?! π
