Hi Everyone, Dear parents!
Announcement...
I have got this message from City West Hotel...
"Hi Joseph,
apologies for not getting back to you, we won’t be running any lessons for the foreseeable future, if anything changes and we are looking for someone to rent the pool you’ll be the first to know, thanks."
Well it's hurting me but I'm hoping that something in the near future ....something will change and we will get our life back and I'll see you again....
..and first of all I'll see the kids whose I never got the chance to say goodbye to...j

Hi Everyone!
Unfortunately I couldn't tell when exactly I'll be able to resume my classes because the HSE extended their contract with city west so it's unlikely this September but I'll keep you posted through Josephs Swimming. Thanks. J
Hi Everyone,
First of all I hope you are all keeping well under the circumstances.
Our last sessions the 11th of March 2020 feels so faraway and Christmas is so close. I often think of kids and the good work we made during the classes in the last ten years we spent together.
I really miss them and the atmosphere I belong to... but yet the future is feels so uncertain.
I think I owe you to tell what the story is so I also asked the Hotel management whom reacted straight away thankfully.
"Hi Jozsef,
Hope your keeping well,
The HSE extended their contract until June, so it’s unlikely we will be open until July, I will keep you upto date with any changes made"
So see you all in July, have a very merry Christmas and a happy Easter ofcourse!
Sorry for the inconvenience it may caused. J

Is a pool environment safe?
Yes!
We would like to reassure our members and guests that according to HSE-led guidelines from Ireland Active, our current standards of pool chlorination at recommended levels is ‘sufficient to deactivate the Coronavirus’.
Thankfully we have one of the most sophisticated pool filtration systems in the industry, equipped with UV sterilization equipment.
However, you can also do your part to prevent the spread of Covid-19 by showering before use of the pool and if you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms you should follow the HSE guidance and contact your GP for advice.
Dear Cliants!
In relation of Coronavirus (covid-19)
Based on Swim Ireland regulations the swimming school will operate as normal until further restrictions.
"Statement from Swim Ireland regarding Coronavirus (Covid -19) and the impact on
Swim Ireland activities.
Update 2 - 12th March 2020
Over the past number of days, we have been planning our position in relation to the
Coronavirus and this planning has now escalated in light of recent communication.
As the health and welfare of our members is of paramount importance, Swim Ireland is
informing all clubs that they will need to cancel with immediately effect and until further notice
all galas, competitions, meetings and any social or fundraising activities.
At present the advice doesn’t impact on training.
We would urge
all clubs to engage with your facility and to understand their position regarding continued
operations and opening hours. Members should follow the advice that has been provided by
the appropriate agencies regarding the best way to minimise the risks to infection as well as
what you should do if you feel unwell and are developing symptoms. This can be found in
greater detail below.

I wish you all the best and health.
