Camel Pose is an intense back bend, a progression from Bow pose and is a great heart opener. The camel is a strong animal. It represents the ability to accomplish the impossible and to go through life's challenges with ease. If you feel disconnected from the world, family/relationships or are struggling with forgiveness, practicing camel pose can help you express your feelings and find compassion towards others.
This pose is quite advanced, but well worth the benefits. It aims at opening up the chest, promoting lymph drainage, It opens up your heart chakra. That's why it's associated with love and inner emotions.
Sit on your knees.
Place your hands on your lower back before reaching backwards.
Reach backwards, grab the left ankle with the left hand and right ankle with right hand.
If having difficulties with arching your lower back just keep the hands on it without reaching to your ankles, just slight lengthen and arch of the chest.
Inhale and lift the hips, arching the upper back and pushing the abdominals forward.
Tilt your head back only slightly without compressing ur neck and open the chest.
Hold this posture for 10-20 seconds.
To come out, slowly place the hands on the lower back.
Rest in Child's pose.

Warrior II also called Virabhadra = the name of a fierce warrior, an incarnation of Shiva, described as having a thousand heads, a thousand eyes, and a thousand feet, wielding a thousand clubs, and wearing a tiger's skin.
Warrior II also strengthens the legs, opens the hips and chest . Develops concentration, balance and groundedness. This pose improves circulation and respiration and energizes the entire body.
