In this football coaching programme 1-2-1 training will be offered to footballers ranging from schoolboy to professional level. There will be a main focus on 5 areas of the footballers development: Technical, Physical, Tactical and Nutritional. Group and Team sessions will also be included in this football coaching programme in which I will be available to come and coach at the chosen team. I will

be doing this by carrying out appropriate coaching sessions for the players. The football coaching training sessions will involve up to date coaching methods and also some sport science methods which will improve the strength, speed, agility, flexibility, balance and power of the football player. While the training sessions will also consist of the technical skills needed for a football player to develop themselves further. I have studied Sports Coaching and am currently studying Sport & Exercise Science at Diploma Level 6. I hold qualifications in Sports Coaching including being qualified as a ITEC Fitness Instructor. I have also worked my way up the FAI coaching pathway to Youth Intro Level and am currently on coaching courses progressing through the FAI coaching pathway. Within my coaching experience I have been lucky enough to have had the opportunity to go abroad to coach experiencing countries such as England and America. Where I obtained great amounts of new knowledge, insight and understanding of the game. I am grateful to be a current member of the 1st team coaching staff with Airtricity League Club Shelbourne FC. I am also a Head Coach of Finglas Celtic Academy where I develop the players of the future for Finglas Celtic FC by coaching them in the academy on a weekly basis. The football coaching sessions will be suited to the needs of the individual to which the individual can mainly focus on a certain aspect or many aspects of their game that they may see as a weakness to improve or an aspect of their game that they would like to improve further. Training times can be arranged to what suits both parties as well as the venue. I feel this type of training will greatly benefit any participant. The past year has been one of growth!

I’m delighted to share that I have achieved my UEFA B License & Introduction to Player ID 🪄

A really enjoyable and challenging experience, and an important next step in my coaching journey. Special thanks go to Paul Martyn and the rest of the course tutors for not only providing me with the knowledge and skillset but the belief and confidence to implement it into my coaching.
