Thrilled to be returning to this special location just a short 45 minute drive from Dublin. This is such a unique venue with the yoga dome looking out over the River Boyne.

The perfect opportunity to slow down and reset with some gentle movement, deep nourishing rest and time in nature. We will start the day with an opening circle, some light breathwork and a gentle yoga flow, before we move into some restful restorative yoga supported by a relaxing acupuncture treatment.

The retreat will conclude with ample time in the sauna overlooking the River Boyne. For those of you in need of some cold water therapy, an optional river dip is also available. We will close our retreat with a herbal tea and light refreshments. The perfect reset for both body and soul.
