🏆 All-Ireland Champions 2025 ☘️💚🤍

What a feeling to finish the season on the biggest stage. To win in Dublin with this group of lads is something special, memories that’ll last a lifetime.

This season has had it all…
✅ The graft in training, county and club.
✅ The setbacks with injuries and the long rehab sessions.
✅ The ups and downs of games, travel, and the grind.
✅ The highs of big wins and the lessons from defeats.

I’ve learned so much about myself along the way, about resilience, patience, and trusting the work. Grateful for the coaches, teammates, and everyone who’s been part of this journey.

Most of all, thank you to my wife and family 💚 without your support, none of this would have been possible.

Now we get to enjoy this moment, an All-Ireland medal in the bag 🏅.

🏐🔥 A massive win for the London Masters GAA in the All-Ireland Shield Semi-Final! 🔥🏐

We defeated Down with a commanding 5-12 to 0-8 victory at St. Peregrine’s GAA in Dublin! An incredible team performance with 9 different scorers showing the depth and strength of our squad. 💪💚

I was honored to contribute 1-2 after coming on at halftime, especially after battling injury—this win means even more. But it’s all about the team, and everyone stepped up when it mattered most.

Now, we set our sights on the final against Donegal. Let’s keep this momentum going! 🏆

🥋💜 Today, after 12 years of dedication, perseverance, and countless hours on the mat, I am proud to share that I’ve earned my purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu! 🥋💜

This journey has been more than just about belts or rankings; it’s been about growth, resilience, and embracing the grind. From the first time I tied my blue belt to this moment, I’ve learned so much about myself and the incredible BJJ community.

To my coaches, training partners, wife and family—thank you for your endless support and encouragement. Here’s to the next chapter and continuing the pursuit of excellence.

Was Awesome to make my debut yesterday for London Masters GAA 🟢⚪️ against the current All Ireland Champions Tyrone Masters GAA 🔴⚪️. We stood strong to the test but Tyrone showed their strength in the end. 1.04 to 2.14. But made a little history and a lot of memories along the way!

From the mats to the gym, I've learned that mental toughness is just as important as physical strength. As a 39-year-old Blue belt in Jiu-Jitsu and the (co) owner of a Jiu-Jitsu and CrossFit gym, I've experienced firsthand the power of having a positive mindset. Every time I step on the mat or into the gym, I remind myself to focus on what I can control: my attitude, my effort, and my determination.
Through the ups and downs of training and competition, having a strong mind has helped me push through and come out stronger. I encourage each and every one of you to work on developing your mental toughness, because it will not only benefit you in your athletic pursuits, but in all aspects of life. Remember, the power of the mind is limitless, so harness it and use it to your advantage. 💪🏼 "
