Our new 'LIT' class begins next week.
This is straight up sweaty conditioning.
You will be provided with a heart rate band so you can see your real time effort and track all those sweet calories you are burning.
Towards the end of the class you will the push hard to give every ounce of energy left to light up the board red with your max effort....
We promise to leave you on a high of endorphines.
Drop ins welcome too.....we can't deny anybody this action.
