March Menopause Madness
As a woman who has experienced menopause, I can confidently say that training is a huge part of my routine in order to keep my physical health in check
After menopause, women's body's change drastically - bone density starts to decrease, muscle mass starts to deteriorate and women can feel lost and unsure as to what to do with themselves
I am no expert, but I have implemented habits and a routine that keeps me on top of my physical and mental health & I want to help other women do the same
My 6am classes on a Monday / Wednesday / Friday will now be suited for women who are going through the menopause. Here, you'll meet like minded women who may have gone through the same experiences you have & are so supportive to one another
