Two of the lads that are smashing it this week 💪👌

Andrew is looking jacked!

Leaner and fuller

His holidays are coming up so he is getting ready for that, but he’s also just wanting to be in better Knick for himself

Barry is looking class

He’s back from his stag this week and he’s in that condition 😂

Weddings in 3 weeks for him, so we are pushing for that and his honeymoon after it

Both of the lads are dads and working long hours too 💪

Like, I get it. ⁣

Social media needs to be entertaining or the algorithm won’t push it out to more people. ⁣

I understand that.⁣

But at the end of the day, I’m 41 years of age. ⁣

I’m not gonna be dancing around the gym with my top off to trending music just to try and go viral.⁣

To be fair, even putting up reels talking about being single is embarrassing enough for me 🤣 but ironically they’re the only reels that seem to get proper engagement lately.⁣

But when it comes to coaching, I can only speak for myself.⁣

When I hired my own coach, I didn’t care about his private life.⁣

I didn’t care about behind the scenes content.⁣

I didn’t care what coffee he drank in the morning or what his morning routine looked like.⁣

I cared about three things.⁣

Could he get results?⁣

Had he already done it with other clients?⁣

And did he seem like a genuine person I could actually get on with and trust?⁣

That was it.⁣

And honestly, I’m pretty sure that’s the reason my clients joined me too.⁣

Not because they saw some entertaining reel.⁣

Not because I was acting like an influencer.⁣

They came because of the results I’ve gotten with clients.⁣

And because they felt I was believable, trustworthy, and not fake.⁣

At the end of the day, coaching is a service.⁣

And when you’re choosing a coach, the main thing you should be looking for is whether they’ve actually helped real men get real results.⁣

Not who makes the best transitions on Instagram.⁣

That’s just my opinion anyway

Every single man you see in this carousel got these results for one reason.⁣

They were coachable.⁣

What does that mean?⁣

They took direction.⁣
They implemented feedback.⁣
And they stopped making excuses for themselves.⁣

If I felt they had a bad week, I told them.⁣

If I felt they weren’t training hard enough, I told them.⁣

If I felt they were in denial about their habits, their food, their alcohol intake, their weekends, or why they weren’t progressing properly…⁣

I told them.⁣

And equally, if they absolutely smashed their week, nailed their macros, hit their training sessions, got their steps done, and did everything they were supposed to do…⁣

I told them that too.⁣

Being a good coach is not just telling clients “well done” every week.⁣

Being a good coach is being honest enough to have uncomfortable conversations when they need to be had.⁣

Because getting elite results requires change.⁣

And change isn’t always comfortable.⁣

The men I work with don’t want average results.⁣

They want to look better than 99% of men their age.⁣

They want to walk into a room and stand out physically.⁣
They want to look sharp in clothes.⁣
Lean.⁣
Muscular.⁣
Athletic.⁣
Fit.⁣

They want to feel confident taking their top off on holidays.⁣
They want their kids to look at them as an example.⁣
And they want to look like men who clearly have their s**t together.⁣

But here’s the reality…⁣

None of that happens without discipline.⁣

You still need to train hard.⁣
You still need to hit your calories and macros.⁣
And you still need to stay consistent even when life gets busy.⁣

The difference is, my clients achieve these results without having to live like competitive bodybuilders.⁣

No spending two hours in the gym every night.⁣
No stupid extremes.⁣

Just high standards, proper structure, accountability, and a system that works in the real world for busy men.⁣

That’s exactly why I created BUILT IN 90.⁣

Normally my coaching is a minimum of 6 months.⁣

But because we’re coming into summer, I’ve decided to open a limited 90-day option at half the usual price.⁣

So if you’re ready to stop making excuses, & finally get in elite shape..⁣

DM DOMIN8.

So first off, I don’t have a problem with gear at all. ⁣

I’m not anti-gear. I’ve clearly taken it myself. ⁣

And look, everybody’s different. ⁣

Being big and jacked can genuinely help some guys feel more confident, especially with their body, and that’s great.⁣

For me though, it was good for business. That’s it.⁣

When people see a coach who’s massive and shredded, they automatically think he knows what he’s doing. ⁣

That’s just the reality of this industry. ⁣

When you’re not as big anymore, you don’t get the same attention online.⁣

But I stopped taking gear around three or four years ago.⁣

Not because of health scares or anything dramatic. I just didn’t like how I looked anymore.⁣

I was losing my hair and had to get a second hair transplant.⁣

My face was constantly puffy.⁣

I was getting cramps in my calves from the water retention.⁣

I couldn’t even properly enjoy long walks on the beach here in Portugal anymore.⁣

And when you get that big, people put you in a box before you even open your mouth. ⁣

I didn’t like that either.⁣

But more importantly, I just personally didn’t feel good in myself.⁣

I kept asking myself, “Do I really need to be this big just to be a successful online coach?”⁣

For a long time, I felt like I did. That’s why I stayed on it.⁣

But eventually I realised it just wasn’t worth it anymore.⁣

I didn’t feel attractive.⁣
I didn’t feel confident going on dates.⁣
I felt older.⁣

And despite preaching about dominating every aspect of your life, the truth is I was only dominating the gym.⁣

That was it.⁣

Now of course, my social media probably isn’t as busy as it was back when I was massive and jacked.⁣

But honestly, I feel far better now.⁣

My clothes fit better.⁣
My skin is better.⁣
My hair isn’t falling out.⁣

And I genuinely feel more confident in every area of my life.⁣

This isn’t me saying gear is good or bad.⁣

It’s simply part of my own journey.⁣

Most men don’t fall out of shape because they don’t know what to do.⁣

They fall out of shape because every time life becomes inconvenient, they switch off completely.⁣

Airport.⁣
Work trip.⁣
Bad sleep.⁣
Busy week.⁣

There’s always a reason available if you want one.⁣

The men who stay in shape long term are usually just the men who stopped pressing the “f**k it” button every time their routine changed.

Going on Gear vs Going “au natural” ? ⁣

Yes I’ve been jacked and no I never actually liked being that big.⁣

At the time though, I didn’t really question it.⁣

I had competed in bodybuilding and was deep in that world. The guys I followed were all huge, and without realising it, that became what I thought I should look like too.⁣

Then of course, it becomes addictive.⁣

Not mentally addictive in the way people think.⁣

More addictive because your body changes so quickly.⁣

You put on muscle fast.⁣
People react differently to you.⁣
Instagram rewards it.⁣
The reels where I was absolutely massive are still the ones that go the most viral.⁣

And when you build an online fitness business, you can’t pretend that doesn’t help.⁣

People automatically assume the huge shredded guy must know what he’s talking about.⁣

But slowly, without really noticing it, I started becoming someone I didn’t actually want to be.⁣

I’ve always loved walking and being active outside the gym, but I got to the point where even walking became uncomfortable because of the water retention and how swollen my legs felt.⁣

And despite what people think, I genuinely got less female attention when I was at my biggest.⁣

At first, being in shape gets admiration.⁣

People respect it.⁣
You feel confident.⁣
You feel sharp walking into a room.⁣

But there’s a line where it stops looking impressive and starts looking exaggerated.⁣

You stop looking like the guy people aspire to be and start looking almost cartoonish.⁣

That’s the part nobody talks about.⁣

Because yes, maybe being that size got me more attention online.⁣
Maybe it helped my business.⁣

But eventually I had to ask myself:⁣
Is this actually improving my life?⁣

This post isn’t me attacking gear.⁣

I’ve nothing against it and I understand why people take it.⁣

But personally, I realised I don’t want to be the biggest guy in the room anymore.⁣

I just want to look athletic, lean, healthy, strong, and like a man people respect and aspire to be.⁣

And honestly, at 41, I’m happier looking like this than I ever was back then.⁣

This is just how I feel about being on gear MYSELF

A suit fits different when you’re in shape.⁣

I know that sounds simple. ⁣

But every man reading this knows exactly what I mean.⁣

It’s not vanity. ⁣

It’s the way you carry yourself. ⁣

The way you show up. ⁣

The way other people see you before you’ve even opened your mouth.⁣

That’s what this is really about.⁣

And it starts with 90 days
