We set ourselves apart from other gyms for many reasons. First and foremost is our coaching. We are completely dedicated to each of our members and always give personal attention that can’t be found in larger boxes or gyms. We have some big news ! To say we’re excited is an understatement.

I have wanted my own gym for a long time now, my passion for coaching and helping people has brought this dream into reality.

DEIRDRE 💚

68 years young, first time in a gym to train. Deirdre is training with me now for 6 weeks, 3 times per week, 30 min sessions !!
She came to me to help her climb her stairs again as she had lost power in one leg !
She’s now ready to take the stairs at home and now confidently up to the plane ✈️ for a holiday she had put off due to issues with her power and balance.
Deirdre has learned to squat, deadlift, bench. She can now jump, push & pull her body weight. Not forgetting her incline walks now up to 20 mins long at level 8 ✅
Deirdre pushes the prowler and does burpees and loves boxing all added into her program.

Deirdre Also completed the scaled version of the open workout 22.1 & 22.2 👏

Deirdre you have been an absolute pleasure to coach I have loved every session, you are so positive and determined.
Here’s to the next 6 weeks 💚✅🏋️‍♀️🙌
