Rain affected games for 2s and 5s did not go in favour.

Another busy weekend of cricket for Civil Service CC with all teams in action across league and cup fixtures 🏏

Our teams 3, 4 and 5 had a lovely outing with some exceptional performances. Unfortunate outing for our 1s and 2s in the National Cup and Senior 2 cup games.

A fiery spell from our right-arm quick against Merrion 5s 🔥🏏

Adilsha led the charge with a brilliant 5-wicket haul, finishing with outstanding figures of 5/29 from his 8 overs and putting the opposition under pressure throughout the innings and restricting them to 181. 💥

Sharp pace, disciplined lines and crucial breakthroughs at key moments — a superb performance with the ball 👏

A superb spell of bowling from against DLR County 1 this weekend 👏🏏

Ronak controlled the middle overs brilliantly, building constant pressure and breaking through his way to a fantastic 5-wicket haul 💥

His final figures of 8 overs, 3 maidens, 14 runs and 5 wickets highlight the discipline, accuracy and impact he brought to the game 🎯🔥

A mixed bag of results across the club this long weekend, with strong individual performances and a big win for CSCC 3 & 4💪

🏏 CSCC 3 vs DLR County 4 
✅ Win by 6 wickets 
A clinical chase after a brilliant bowling display. 
🔥 starred with a superb 5‑fer (5-14), setting up the win. 
Solid contributions from Shahul Hameed (51*) and Tharun Kumar (43) sealed the result.

🏏 CSCC 4 vs Phoenix 4 
✅ Win by 51 runs 
A complete team performance 💥 
.d.s.80 led from the front with a composed 55, supported well by Sivaraman Sudanram (44). 
Disciplined bowling ensured Phoenix fell short.

🏏 CSCC 2 vs Merrion 2 
❌ Loss by 5 wickets 
A competitive total of 128 with top scoring (35). 
Despite a fighting effort with the ball, Merrion chased it down.

🏏 CSCC 5 vs Longford 2 
❌ Loss by 5 wickets 
A modest total of 130 posted, with Adilsha Puthanpurayil (26) leading the scoring. 
Longford chased efficiently to take the win.

🏏 CSCC 5 vs Balbriggan 4 
❌ Loss by 8 wickets 
Jinto Mathew (25*) showed resilience with the bat, but the total of 121 wasn’t enough to defend.

🏏 CSCC 1 vs Balbriggan 1 
❌ Loss by 164 runs 
A tough outing against a strong Balbriggan side posting 314. 
Zaman Safi (26) and Devender Ranolia (20) were the main contributors in response.

🏏 CSCC 1 vs Merrion 1 
❌ Loss by 208 runs 
Another challenging game against a high-scoring Merrion side (380-5). 
Deepak Jayachandran impressed with a fighting 50.

A mixed weekend for us 🏏

Our 1s stepped into the Premier League, taking on Clontarf 1s. A challenging outing, with contributions from Zaman (52), (35) and Mubasher (22), but falling short in the chase.

Our 2s got the job done against Pembroke 2s, chasing 163 with a strong and classy knock from (86), and 4 crucial wickets from to seal a 4-wicket win 💪

Our 3s started their journey with a solid chase against North Kildare 2s. Crucial partnership from Tharun Kumar (55*) and Shahul Hameed (45*) guided the team home comfortably after superb start by (4 wickets) and Binson (3 wickets).

Our 5s unfortunately fell short even after good contribution from Mehdi (3 wickets) and Ryan scoring a half century.

Onwards and upwards 🏏✨
