My lovely client Kate started with me back in October with the goals to become fitter, stronger and lean for her upcoming hiking trip in May. Kate achieved all these goals and then some - dropping over 13kg on the scales and her measurements coming down everywhere. We set realistic goals with her food and worked on her technique with some compound movements. Kateβs measurements have gone down but her strength and fitness have continued to increase. Kate now trains on her own as-well as with me! Kate had the right attitude with her training she was patient, consistent (NEVER missed a training session) and listened to any critiques I had. I absolutely LOVE training Kate and cannot wait to see what goals she comes back with after her trip! So proud of what we achieved Enjoy travelling and hiking in the US βΊοΈ
