Great long weekend or training with my student Sifu Clive, we put in many hours of forms, conditioning, applications, weapons training, strength training etc. and we always make time for good food.

After much consideration I've decided to share Part 2 of my Celtic Dragon Documentaries to view free on YouTube - seems all the pay-to-view platforms are now either charging crazy money to host or their platforms are terrible to navigate, and as my intention was never to make money but rather promote and preserve the beautiful Treasures I've been blessed to learn, I'm more than happy to share it for free.

The thousands of views and comments that Part 1 has received in a few short days has encouraged me to share Part 2 - so please like, share and comment, let's get this there on youtube, whatapp etc - again humbled by the support, big thank you to you all 🙏

What an amazing Wellness Weeekend we had at Dragonstyle Ireland this past weeekend, Ashtanga Yoga with Amber, Kundalini Awakening with Daniel and Pina, Cetlic themed Cacao and Quantum Magic Ceremony with David and Han Yang Ru Yi Qigong with Sifu Kurt and finished with a beautiful 2 hour recovery session (sauna, hot and cold pluge pools at the newly opened G-Castle Recovery HQ.

And a brilliant guest musician for the celtic session, the seriously talented Ciara O Donnell of the Bog Bodies Band.

I'd say over 50 people attended over the weekend, so blessed.

What a great weekend of energy work we had at Dragonstyle Tao Healing Centre

Saturday, we had a beautiful session of Flow Yoga with Amber, followed by an amazing session of Kundalini Awakening by Daniel and Pina

Sunday, we continued with David delivering his Cacao and Quantum Magic ceremony, which was unreal, and Kurt closed the weekend with an awesome Han Yang Ru Yi Gong Medical Qigong session.

We have 30 to 40 at the sessions, and it was truly a blessed weekend.

Can't wait to do this again next month !

Thank you to Sifu Kenneth Kwong and Anthony Wong for the invitation to present my Dragonstyle Sam Tong Gor Kiu form and techniques at the gathering of Lung Ying Sifu's from the Greater Bay Area China to present, promote and preserve Dragonstyle.

To preserve these traditional arts is great and difficult honour in modern times.
