Hi all, we will sadly be suspending our classes in Carleton Hall and Our Lady’s Hall until further notice.
While I know that now more than ever we need our weekly yoga to help us tune out from this uncertain world we find ourselves in and to help find the inner peace and strength to get through it, the risk in bringing you all together is far too great to hold a class. My number one priority is protecting your health and wellbeing, both physically and mentally, so I cannot put you in danger of catching this awful virus or facilitating its spread.
To fill the void however and ensure you do stay strong in mind and body during this difficult time, I’ll be posting regular tips and advice, and hopefully some podcasts and videos for home practice. So keep following us on Facebook, or email me to join our WhatsApp group so you get regular updates.
It’s a stressful and worrying time for everyone, so stay safe, be strong and be kind to yourselves and each other.
Take care, Siobhán

Being Present
The conscious opportunity to be present is always available to us in so many avenues. If we breathe, take time to savor our favorite foods, observe nature, listen and engage with friends, and feel the ground beneath us, we can understand that being right here in the present moment is the only place....
