Professional fighters will put you through your paces using gloves and pads. CTD is a new exercise bootcamp taking place in city parks across Dublin, launching. Based on the principals of Muay Thai boxing and a combination of other combat training techniques CTD. Perfect weather last night at Herbert Park. Feeling Olek's class today which finished with some hardcore cardio and core work.
