We don't need lots of time to practice Mindfulness. We can 'BE' Mindful in 1 Breath!
Breathing in slowly feel the breath filling the body & breathing out feel the breath carrying you all the way down to your feet.
From this place of being grounded in the breath, re-engage with what you can see and hear before continuing your day.
