Nearly that time again for our next event! On June 13th we have over 40 people stepping through the ropes for their first boxing match against another beginner, a real bucket list experience for everyone involved ✅🥊

Anyone who trains across our Sandyford or Churchtown studios and our LIFT classes will know who Jonny is!
He joined us back in 2024 with no boxing experience and he wanted to find a fun way to workout. Jonny is a great example for us all on what can be achieved through hard work and consistency 👏🏼
