A calm and nourishing strength & mobility class for mothers-to-be, drawing on the Pilates method, somatics, breathwork and modern movement science.
Together we build deep strength, body awareness and connection, balanced with gentle restoration and adapting the practice to support you as you move through each stage of your pregnancy.
