An 8 week weightloss and fitness challenge How it works:

On Thurs 5th Sept between 6-8pm, you will register for Northside's Biggest Loser.

You will then be weighed, measured and a before photo taken. You will be given a healthy eating plan to follow and tis will be explained how to use. This is open to men and women who want to lose weight and get fit!It is open to indiviuals, then you will be put in a team of 4 people. Each week your're are entitled to go up to 4 classes, then you are weighed at the end of the week. The biggest losing team and individual biggest loser will receive monetary prizes.
