This is a throwback from last year and our Ireland AM interview. We will be running outdoor Rock Climbing and Abseiling for complete beginners from May.

Back out again running a private family rock sessions before the outdoor season ends. One family from the U.S. and of course Eire. We covered basic rock climbing movements for beginners, abseiling, and personal setups.

We also threw in a basic workshop on 7 Principles of Leave No Trace.
