BARRE
After an incredible weekend of learning with Anatomy Trains in motion about myofascial meridians and the fascial lines of the body, I have fallen even deeper in love with Barre. The movement, tensioning and softening, the emphasis on improving elasticity, mobility, glide and slide of muscle and over all holding on and letting go is performed in every class and the beauty of it is that it feels effortlessly fun to move this way. It truly is one of the greatest movement classes to improve postural alignment, balance, muscular strength and tone and work all the lines of the body in perfect synchronisation!

Dog crunches...one of my favourite in the plank series to challenge shoulder stability, tricep, core and quad strength, lengthen the hamstrings and open the hips. It's also super fun to do!
