Really enjoyed my first Kickboxing Ireland squad session today as National team coach for Light contact and kick light.

Big thanks to Nicholas Duffy who’s always there with me, his knowledge of coaching, training and competition is second to none. Big thanks to our club KKC Cabra Oficial Santry Sport Taekwon-Do / Korean kickboxing Santry to all the competitors and parents who have helped me getting to where I am in my coaching career.
Any competitors from the Light contact and Kick light national team who would like extra session with us in preparation for World youth Championships in September and senior European Championships in November, we will be running open training and sparring sessions in KKC Phibsborough gym and Ljays on weekends, or any other KBI club that would like to host a LC and KL session don’t hesitate to message myself, Jake, Loraine or Nico.
