D7K Results

Thanks to all students, parents, teachers and volunteers for another great D7K! The rain held off, running conditions were optimal, and the bananas were plentiful.

After experiencing some technical glitches with race numbers and timing chips, the results have now been reviewed and verified, and we can confirm the winners in each category as follows:

3K Race:

Please note these results may still contain some timing chip anomalies, but you can view your time and class position by filtering the categories at the top: Female Senior Infants is FSI; Male 2nd Class is M2C, etc. FN/A and MN/A are the results for runners not in a D7ET school class, i.e. adults and secondary school. We also have a category for PS - for all those pre-school runners and buggy riders! Unfortunately we didn’t have timing chips for the dogs, although on reflection, that could be a very lucrative source of fundraising (D7K9, perhaps?)

Tomorrow is the big day! D7K kicks off at 10.30am at the corner of Acres Road and Khyber Road (across from the Papal Cross). Make sure to arrive at 10am to pick up you race number and take part in a group warm-up with Mark Sexton.

Hey all. I just wanted to say a big thank you to Mark Sexton who will be joining us tomorrow morning at the school to help us limber up for the big day on Sunday!
