From 1996. This is Just some further context to the current conversation around American healthcare for my followers from countries that don't do this to their citizens. To put it frankly the US healthcare system is part funded by the GOVT but also by the citizen so it gets paid twice and is tied to the individuals employment which discourages things like union action (ie striking) and locks citizens into work, no matter how unfair, under threat of losing access to healthcare. But in order for these companies to make record profits off of sick people, it essentially needs them to die or be dependent, so denying insurance claims is encouraged. This way the GOVT and the health system get to profit, not just from the average Americans life, but their death also.

Our "Parent as a Coach" course is designed to equip parents with fundamental coaching skills for parent-child conversations. The program is based on the most recent neuroscience discoveries and child-brain development research.

Applying solution-focused communication helps the child move confidently forward through life challenges including the teenage period. Using this approach daily helps the child to love learning and to grow positively through curiosity and exploration.

Vincent van Gogh once said, "I dream my paintings and then I paint my dreams".

I remember one of our alumni telling the class a beautiful story of how our Erickson Coaching training had transformed him. He told us that he had this great love of singing and a hidden desire to sing in public. Fear was holding him back.

In one of the triad sessions we include in our training format, he was coached by a marvelous co-learner and now a qualified coach. As a direct result of his sessions, he overcame his fear to become the lead tenor in his local choir. The joy he showed on his face and the passion in his voice while he was telling us this wonderful story was heart-w .
