Royal Irish Yacht Club Classic Regatta Opens With Early Bird Discount Early bird entries open for RIYC Classic Regatta 2026 as anniversary celebrations begin in June.

Royal Irish Yacht Club’s 195th Anniversary Classic Boats Regatta
Early Bird discount of 10% on the entry price!
The RIYC Classic Boats Regatta will be held on 20th to 21st June and kicks off the RIYC’s 195th Anniversary Celebrations week. Entries are open now to Classic boats such as Classic Cruisers, Dublin Bay 21’s, Howth 17’s, Glens, Mermaids,
Water Wags & Classic Dinghies. For the next 9 days, until 29th May, there will be an early-bird price, so don’t delay your entry.

The Classic Regatta is a unique and prestigious event that will bring together some of Ireland’s most beautiful and historic sailing yachts. In addition to racing, the programme will include a Parade of Sail through Dalkey Sound, Concours d’Elegance & D’ Authenticité at East Pier Roundhead, as well as an Open Yachts pontoon party. Royal Irish Yacht Club Names First Female Commodore Royal Irish Yacht Club elects first female commodore as new flag officers take office after AGM in Dun Laoghaire.

Join us on Saturday, 9th May at Dawn for the fifth 'Sail Darkness into Light', a very special experience on the water to watch the dawn rise in aid of Pieta. Boats are planning to be in Dublin Bay from 0430 / 0445 onwards.
