Total chill weekend soaking up the last of the October sunshine after running my two last retreats of 2025. I'll be visiting a few venues for 2026 retreats this week before heading home to Dublin so watch this space!

Always coming back to the basics because at the end of the day, all the fancy moves, choreography and creativity starts with the foundations. I've been practicing mat pilates for twenty five years and most of my own practice still looks like this 😊😊
