Start the week off right and plan ahead. Preparation is half the battle when it comes to food. Making 2/3 meals to rotate between for lunches is really helpful in keeping on track during the week. Remember refuelling your body properly is a very important part of of the fitness process. You'll feel better, faster and stronger if you feed your body the right nutrients.
