We don’t always need to completely change our favourite meals🙅🏻‍♀️

Sometimes, it’s simply about making a few smarter tweaks.

In this bowl, I increased the Greek yogurt, was a little more mindful with the calorie-dense toppings, and used SUPRIVA for sweetness and flavour instead of honey.

The result…

A bowl that’s lower in calories, still tastes amazing, and keeps me feeling satisfied.

Small changes really do add up.

I used to think this was just a normal way of being.

🔴Moving through life like I was being chased by a lion.

🔴Rushing through my meals while scrolling on my phone.

🔴Finishing Willow’s leftover toast without even stopping to ask myself if I was hungry.

🔴Trying to relax… but never actually switching off.

🔴Using food as a form of relief in the evenings

But the more I learned about the nervous system, the more I realised these weren’t just random habits.

They were clues.

Clues that my body was spending far too much time in a dysregulated state.

When we’re dysregulated, we often rush, multitask, eat on autopilot and struggle to truly rest…. not because we lack discipline, but because our nervous system is constantly in “go” mode.

As we become more regulated, we naturally become more present. We slow down, notice our hunger cues, enjoy our food, and finally allow ourselves to switch off.

The goal isn’t perfection…

It’s awareness🙏🏻

Because once we are aware, we have the opportunity to choose differently.

Most mums think they need more willpower.

In reality, they usually need fewer decisions🙏🏻

Every habit in this reel has one purpose:

✨ Reduce decision fatigue.
✨ Support my nervous system.
✨ Make healthy choices the easier choice.

Because when life gets busy, we don’t rise to the level of our motivation…

We fall back on our habits.

The school holidays don’t have to mean falling off track. With a few simple systems in place, it’s absolutely possible to look after yourself while looking after everyone else.

Progress isn’t built by doing everything perfectly. It’s built by repeating small habits that work with your life, not against it. 💛

Which one of these habits are you going to focus on this week? 👇

If you’ve been “good” all day…

…but the minute the kids go to bed you keep reaching for food…

This reel isn’t about one mum being “better” than the other.

Both mums had a planned treat.

The difference is that one prioritised calming her nervous system before the day ended, while the other stayed in “go mode” looking for relief through scrolling and more food.

Sometimes, it’s not more willpower we need.

It’s more regulation🧘‍♀️

Do you find the evenings are the hardest part of your day?⤵️

12 weeks. One incredible transformation. 🔥👏

When Emma reached out to me, she’d already done an amazing job on her own.

She’d lost weight, built some great habits and was training consistently.

But she felt stuck.

She was eating less, training more, and wasn’t getting the return for all the effort she was putting in.

So we changed the plan.

✨ Increased her calories.
✨ Reduced her training volume.
✨ Followed a structured strength programme with progressive overload.
✨ Prioritised protein, sleep and recovery.

The result?

➡️ Built muscle.
➡️ Leaned out.
➡️ Stronger than ever.
➡️ Habits she’ll keep for life.

One thing I want to mention…

Emma isn’t a mum, but my coaching principles don’t change.

Whether you’re a mum, planning a wedding, working full-time, or simply want to feel stronger and more confident, the foundations are the same:

✔️ Eat enough to fuel your body.
✔️ Follow the right training plan.
✔️ Prioritise recovery.
✔️ Stay consistent.

Sometimes the answer isn’t eating less and doing more🙅🏻‍♀️

Sometimes it’s eating more, training smarter, and trusting the process🙏🏻

I’m SO proud of you, Em. Every bit of this transformation has been earned. 🥹✨

A day of maintenance, regulation & health 💛

A few years ago, a “What I Eat in a Day” would have looked very different.

Back then, I thought health was all about calories, workouts, and the number on the scales.

Now, I see it differently.

Health is also:

✅ Taking 30 minutes to meditate before the house wakes up

✅ Choosing foods not just for their calories, but for how they make me feel, function, and show up in my day

✅ Strength training to maintain muscle and support my nervous system

✅ Creating small moments of stillness throughout the day

✅ Regulating my nervous system instead of running on stress and adrenaline

✅ Having an evening routine that helps me switch off and recover

Yes, the meals in this reel support my health.

But so do the moments you don’t see on a calorie-tracking app.

The morning meditation.
The cup of tea without distractions.
The slower pace.
The boundaries.
The recovery.

Because true health isn’t just about what we eat or how we move our body.

It’s about how safe our body feels.

And right now, my focus isn’t fat loss.

It’s maintaining the results I’ve worked hard for, supporting my health, and becoming the healthiest version of myself physically, mentally, and emotionally. 💛

Tell me, which habit has had the biggest impact on your health recently? 👇🏻
