We are running an ONLINE 3 hour Emergency First Aid course , ideal for parents, anyone involved in sport or managing teams or if you just want to know how to help someone or save a life!!
Course Content:
PATIENT ASSESSMENT, CPR/AED/CHOKING (for adult, child and infants), HEART ATTACK, STROKE, COMMON MEDICAL EMERGENCIES AND SPORTS INJURIES.
Cost is €45 and more than one person can attend from the same zoom link.

As it's online the course will not cover you for any Health and Safety certificates needed for work, so it's just to increase your knowledge and awareness of first aid and to be able to help someone in case of an emergency, whether a family member, friend or a member of the public.

For every 60 seconds that a cardiac arrest victim does not get a defibrillator on them their chances of survival reduces on average by 10%. So statistically you have a 10 minute window to use an AED on somebody who is not breathing and that's why it's so important for businesses and sports clubs etc to have AED's and for people to be trained in how to use them and to perform CPR while they are waiting for the defibrillator!!

With the kids heading back to school soon we are running 2 Paediatric First Aid courses for parents at a discounted price of €40 per person .
The course runs for 4 hours and includes CPR/Choking/Burns/Bleeding/Seizures/Asthma other common medical emergencies and all participants will get a certificate in Paediatric First Aid.
One will take place in Baldoyle and the other in Firhouse and can be during the day or evening or on a Saturday.
