Dry needling can be an effective modality for alleviating lower back pain..
However, the most effective way of preventing lower back pain is to maintain endurance through rigidity exercises such as front plank..
**Pain is often a consequence of weakness**
The latest research indicates that EVERYONE should be able to hold an isometric plank for 2 minutes with good technique.
