A huge congratulations to our very own Louis Mullan, one of our lifeguards, who proudly represented Ireland at a Junior International Water Polo Tournament in Hungary! πŸ’š

Louis competes with Half Moon Water Polo Club, whose teams train here at Swan Leisure, and has worked incredibly hard to reach this level. We are delighted to see him representing his country on the international stage.

Well done, Louis! πŸ₯³

Some people learn to swim at four. Some at forty. Some return to the water after years away. All of them belong in our pool.

We offer lessons for babies and toddlers with a parent in the water, children building confidence length by length, and adults who never had the opportunity to learn. If group lessons are not for you, private one-to-one lessons are available too.

You don't need to be fit, fast, or fearless to start. You just need to take the first step.

Whether your goal is to build confidence, learn a life skill, improve your technique, or simply enjoy being in the water, we're here to help.

Book through the link in bio, or speak to our team at reception.

There is something about September.

The school bags come out, the calendars fill up, and routines begin to take shape again.

It's the perfect time to put yourself back on that list.

You don't need a brand-new plan or a big goal to get started. Come for a swim. Try a class. Walk on the treadmill for twenty minutes. The first step matters far more than the perfect one.

Whatever you left behind over the summer, it is still here waiting for you. And so are we.

Come back this week. We will be here.

As a not-for-profit leisure centre, Swan Leisure exists to serve the local community.

Whether it's a child's first swimming lesson, someone starting their fitness journey, or an older adult staying active, we believe everyone should feel welcome, supported and included.

Accessibility and inclusion are at the heart of what we do, because health and wellbeing should be available to everyone.

Come and be part of it.

Physical activity and sleep go hand in hand.

Regular exercise can help improve sleep quality, while a good night's sleep can support recovery, energy levels and your next workout.

Whether you're training in the gym, taking a fitness class or enjoying a swim, looking after your sleep is an important part of your wellbeing routine.

Take care of your training and your sleep! Caring for one supports the other.

We are proud to work in partnership with AsIAm, Ireland's Autism Charity, to create a more welcoming and inclusive environment for Autistic people and anyone with sensory sensitivities.

Our weekly Autism-Friendly Hours take place at:

πŸ“ Crumlin – Thursdays, 5:00 pm–6:00 pm
πŸ“ Rathmines – Fridays, 5:15 pm–6:15 pm

During these sessions, lights are dimmed, music is turned off, hair and hand dryers are switched off, and announcements are kept to a minimum to create a calmer environment.

Sensory Maps are available for both centres, and Social Stories can be provided on request. For support before your visit, please contact our Disability Liaison Officer at [email protected].

Together, we're creating spaces where everyone feels comfortable, supported and included.
