As winter begins to lift & we move toward the lighter days ahead, halfway between winter solstice & summer equinox, this woman’s evening retreat invites you to ground your energy, reconnect with the gentle radiance of the heart & the start of spring.
Through mindful movement, a nourishing pelvic floor renew practice, restorative yoga & a reset guided relaxation, Melissa and Lisa will lead you on a journey of release & renewal.
We will have a chance to find steadiness in the body & openness in the heart. Together, we’ll explore how grounding allows our natural glow to return, we’ll open the heart cultivating compassion, as well as boost vitality from the inside out.

In just a weeks time, myself and Melissa Curtis will be starting another 6wk course that focuses on movement targeting all things women’s health. Together we combine all our knowledge and experience to bring to you a course that offers something different and the same each week so that everyone can feel the progress but also learn something new and fun.
The benefits are different for everyone depending on where you’re at on this wonderful wild and at times wtf female journey.

This class is suitable if you’ve been pregnant before from 6wks postpartum to many years after birthing a baby or if you have never been pregnant. We focus on female anatomy head to toe. Everyone is welcome!

Join Lisa on Monday evenings in November for a quiet yoga practice designed to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and promote relaxation. 🪄
Each evening we will begin to calm the mind by bringing awareness to the breath. Our yin practice will stretch and apply gentle stress to the body in a slow and considered way. We will use props to support these poses, allowing the body to surrender to a deeper practice of presence. This part of the evening aims to ease and release deeply held tension in the physical body and unleash stagnant or blocked energy. ⚡️
Each evening session will close with a restorative yoga sequence to support the body allowing it to relax and heal. Prepare to feel spacious, calm and ready for a good night’s sleep. 💤
This course is suitable for everyone. Complete beginners welcome! Just wear something you are comfortable moving in and bring your cosiest socks for relaxation! 🧦

Myself & wish to make this class as inclusive as possible. Originally this class started out as postnatal only but so many women contacted us wondering if we had a class for women’s health. What we were teaching was already suitable for every woman & we’re delighted to be able to expand & support more women.
We will cover:
