Ashley is a BAR PERSON
He/She is sound.
Ashley has your back.
Ashley smiles when serving you drink.
Orders a taxi for you if you’ve had too much.
Tells you what night club you should go to if you are on the pull.
HOWEVER
Ashley has a problem.
Because he/she works awkward hours they find it hard to make time to exercise.
Ashley isn’t as energetic as he/she used to be.
His/her belt is getting a little bit tighter than it used to be.
Not able to work 6 nights in a row and go out the other night like they did in the past.
Ashley understands the need to start doing some regular exercise.
And if they do on their own in the morning they are either unsure of what to do, don’t push themselves hard enough or end up not going at all.
BUTWE HAVE ASHLEYS BACK
Our new SWIFT FIT FOR SHIFT WORKERS class starts next Tuesday morning at 11am.
Running each Tuesday and Thursday at 11 it will be a mix of mobility and circuit training to help Shift Workers:
• Lose Weight
• Get Stronger
• Tone Up
• Improve Flexibility
• Get their Session in Before Work
Why are we doing this?
Because we like Ashley.
And we want to help.
So be like us and if you know any Shift Workers who want to train in a fun, effective environment let them know.

ANOTHER 2 CLASSES AND WHAT DOES THIS MEAN!!??
Next Tuesday (9th February) we are launching our new Swift Fit Session (11am every Tuesday and Thursday) which is designed for those who do shift work and may struggle getting to our evening classes every week.
SO WHAT THIS MEANS IS:
We now have 24 OPTIONS for our members to get their classes in each week.
Yeah TWENTY FOUR fitness classes a week. Plus our (currently sold out) Body Transformation Bootcamp
That MEANS NO EXCUSE for not coming to at least three workouts every 7 days.
And it also MEANS YOU GET INTO AWESOME SHAPE WITH US. Just sayin.

Classes include everything from:
• LUNCHTIME EXPRESS: 30 minute Express Circuits workout every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Dynamic workout where we use everything from Kettlebells to Suspension Trainers to Barbells to get your heart rate up and tone your muscles and leave you time to have your sandwich before you go back to your desk. Salad, we mean your salad.
• SWIFT FIT: At 11am each Tuesday and Thursday morning our Swift Fit (for shift workers!) class will be a 45 minute circuit class which can be done either before you start your shift for the day or while the kids are at school for stay at home parents!!
• CAVEMAN: We have been doing fitness classes since 2010 and from day 1 our Caveman class has been at the core of our classes. This ever popular mix of high intensity circuits will continue to be at the core of our timetable for the next 6 years!!
• KETTLEBELL CLASSES: Our Kettlebell Instructors love everything about Kettlebells and it shows in their classes. If you want to learn proper technique, be put through your paces and have the craic then this is the class for you!!
• TRX/SUSPENSION TRAINING: As one of the first gyms in Dublin to offer TRX Classes with certified instructors we have always had positive feedback on our Suspension Training classes and continue to work hard to come up with new ideas on how to improve and make it more exciting.
• BOXERCISE BLAST (FORMERLY KNOWN AS BAZ!): Mix of Boxercise training, Bodyweight Exercises and Core work to help you get rid of your frustrations (a frustration should be you didn’t find this class sooner – boom, boom) and improve your conditioning at the same time.
• MIXED CIRCUITS: Exactly what it sounds like. Mixed circuit work in a controlled environment. i.e. an environment where you work your ass off but in an effective manner.
• STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING MIX: Simple. A class where you will get stronger and more conditioned using compound exercises.
Ok the really simple version is that we get you lifting heavy using compound exercises so you get stronger and fitter all at once.
• PILATES PUMP: A Pilates based workout focusing on core strength, flexibility and total body conditioning fused with a perfect mix of cardio and body sculpting exercises designed to tone you up and make you sweat!
• STRENGTH AND STRETCH: This class will help develop functional strength, muscular endurance and core stability with 45 minutes of work loaded with variety. Including a 10-minute mobility focus, this class is especially good for anyone sitting at a desk all day!
• ANIMAL FLOW (Coming Soon!): Exciting bodyweight workout which will improve your mobility and flexibility, make you stronger and help burn fat. What more could you ask for!?

People usually think that the classes will be really expensive when they see what we have on offer.
But in reality it is only:
• 1 Class a week for a month: €35
• 3 Classes a week for a month: €60
• Unlimited Classes for a month: €70
You know what that means?
THAT MEANS: You can do up to 96 classes a month for €70!
But we wouldn’t recommend 96 classes a month.
In fact we don’t know if the classes will be right for you.
WHAT DO WE MEAN BY THAT??
We mean you should only join if you want:
- VARIETY IN YOUR SESSIONS: Variety is not chaotic, disorganised workouts. Variety means being able to do Kettlebells one day, Caveman the next and Boxercise the third day. If you want to. AND you can train in the morning on a Tuesday or Thursday and practically any time from 5.15pm to 9pm on a weeknight.
- VALUE: You only pay €70 a month and can do an unlimited amount of classes during that month. But even if you decided to do 3 sessions a week for €60 that gives you the chance to do 12 classes a month which works out at only €5 each.
- To workout in an environment where people KNOW YOUR NAME. We are very proud of the community which exists in the gym and won’t compromise it for anything. Hence we work hard to get to know the people who train with us so you’ll never feel like you’re just a number.
- EXPERIENCED, PASSIONATE COACHES: In December some of our coaches attended a weekend workshop on Mobility. January it was Animal Flow and in February it is going to be Mind Set. Our coaches are experienced and always looking to improve themselves (in reality we are a bunch of fitness geeks). And we like to think that our continuous development shows in the quality of the classes we offer.
- RESULTS: Yeah having fun, knowing your name and continually educating ourselves is all great but summer is coming up and you will want results. People are getting leaner, stronger and fitter overall with us every day.
