50m sprint x 8 with active recovery. Rest 1 min.

Repeat 4 times.

12 push ups.
8 pull ups (Of a set of goal posts).
50 mountain climbers.
50 russian twists.

Repeat 4 times! No equipment necessary!

Ok lads...

So currently i have one (possibly two) spaces available on my mens group pt that runs every Monday, Wednesday and friday at 8pm.

If large groups are not for you and your looking to save some cash then small group pt is for you!

The benefits are huge, work as a team with a good group of lads and get the motivation that comes with working with others. You will get a good knowledge of resistance training and various forms of cardio and conditioning work. Learn from others strenghts to improve your weaknesses and vice versa all while getting to coaching, attention and results you need!

Rates are excellent for this form of training. P.M me if you are interested, spots will fast so dont hesitate.

So... delighted to announce that from monday onwards i will be working out of Muscle & mind fitness on the Oscar traynor road in Coolock.

This is a top class facility with excellent space and equipment! And excellently located for major bus routes and local surrounding areas.

No excuses!!!

Emma Grouse has been training with me 1 year now, the middle and last picture show the unbelievable progress she has made in the last year completely changing her body completely by consistently training and maintaining a good diet which has brought her body fat down to a lean 17%, proper weight training does not make you bulky ladys!

This woman is a beast... never complains, never gives up and never avoids a challenge! Just look at that first photo of Emma from when she was young, it shows the incredible dedication she has, her transformation is outrageous and shows everyone that the only thing that will hold you back is your attitude.
