We have the first part of this process letting things shift smooth. Liam has always had the ability to move very quickly from a compositional perspective with minimal actual changes.

As of right now, we have done that pretty predictively. We'll run bloods this weekend, and from there, considering all is set, we'll start re-escalating PED load and really see this look come to life.

At top six finish in a class of 17 for yesterday.

Absolutely undeniable improvements from Poland. And a look delivered that we can be proud of.

It's never easy to fall outside the top five. We believe there was more than enough grounds for Colesy to be compared in the top 5 with the would-be top three, beyond simply the initial group presentations.

But that’s bodybuilding

Ultimately the goal is to continue to improve. We did just that and will continue to just that no matter where or when that may be.

Without a shadow of a doubt, the best look so far from this morning, sitting inside four days out from the in one of the best cities in the world for bodybuilding, Alicante.

An incredibly amount of effort has gone onto this last few weeks, and it shows. Almost time to deliver.

An absolutely excellent run of form from the last few weeks.

Holding 205 lb on waking with zero resistance and plenty of food. This week sees us reintroduce a little more pharmacological support, with plenty of runway to escalate.

An interesting process this year, to say the least, but the difference in age, as an athlete in every single sense, is clear as day.
